Most of our roles require a DBS check, with the level determined by the nature of the position. This will always be detailed in the job advert. Having a criminal record does not automatically bar applicants but must be disclosed during the recruitment process for safeguarding reasons.

Some job roles involve travel across Lancashire or occasional evening/weekend work, though the Lancashire Mind work week is Monday-Friday. Any extra hours worked can usually be taken back as time off in lieu, and reasonable travel expenses are reimbursed.
